Lakeside Cottage

Cozy cottage overlooking Mulberry Mountain’s spring-fed fishing lakes.  Single bedroom with two full beds.  Full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Large full kitchen w/cookware, dining room, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, DVD player, coffee maker, and outdoor grill.  Bed linens and towels are also provided.  Enjoy great views of the Ozark Mountains.  Accommodates up to 6 guests.

Nightly Rate

$135.00 per night for up to 2 guests.
Each additional guest $15 per night; maximum 6 guests.

-Children 12 and under stay free.
-Stay 4 nights and get the 5th night 50% off, or
-Stay Monday & Tuesday get Wednesday 25% off.
Discounts cannot be combined.

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. – Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m

A valid credit card must be provided for all reservations.  A two night minimum is required for all Lodge and Cabin stays.  No pets allowed. No smoking indoors.  Cancellations for lodge and cabins must be received no later than 15 days prior to check-in (10 days prior for RV Sites) to avoid reservation charges in the amount of one night’s stay. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the reservation or if you fail to cancel your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to [email protected]. PAYMENT FOR RESERVATIONS DURING EVENT DATES ARE DUE UPON BOOKING AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS DURING EVENT DATES WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF PAYMENT.
